$140.00 per hour

Methods of payment

Payments are due after each session via Cash, Visa, Master Card or Interac Debit.

Cancellation policy

Please note that based on our policy, there is a maximum of two attempts to book consults as spots are limited and we would like everyone on the request list to have a fair chance to connect on a timely manner with their chosen therapist.

We require a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellations, excluding weekends and holidays. Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation will result in a full-session-fee-charge.

Four or more cancellations, regardless of a 24 hour window, can result in termination of the therapy process as it can effect the therapist’s schedule and his/her ability to offer the spot to other clients who maybe in need of urgent or ongoing care.

Extended Health

If you have extended health benefits through your work, or through an immediate family member’s employer, you may be covered for the services. Please check in advance with your health benefit provider.

We do offer sliding scales for those of low income with proof of income, usually a copy of your Notice of Assessment (NOA).

In Accordance with the Medical Expense Tax Credit (METC), the government of Canada with reimburses receipts of clinical services that have expenses greater than $2100 annually or 3% of the taxpayer’s net income. For more information visit:
